Child Safety Standards
Lagustinis is committed to maintaining a safe environment. This page outlines our standards and practices regarding child safety and the prevention of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE).
Platform eligibility
Lagustinis is a community platform intended exclusively for adult women. Users confirm upon registration that they are of adult age. We do not knowingly permit minors to use our platform.
Zero tolerance policy
Lagustinis has a strict zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and any content that sexualises, exploits, or endangers minors. Any such content is immediately removed and reported to the relevant authorities, including the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) where applicable, and Portuguese national authorities (PJ — Polícia Judiciária).
Content moderation
All user-generated content is subject to moderation. Users can report any content that violates our community guidelines, including content that may endanger children. Reports are reviewed promptly and appropriate action is taken, including content removal and account termination.
In-app reporting
Users can report any post, comment or profile directly within the app using the report function available on all content. Reports are reviewed and acted upon within 24 hours. Accounts found to violate child safety standards are permanently banned.
Compliance
Lagustinis complies with all applicable child safety laws in Portugal and the European Union, including the EU Digital Services Act (DSA). We are committed to cooperating with law enforcement agencies and reporting obligations under applicable law.
